Function :
The production line can make 0.3-0. 8mm thickness spring roll wrapper,samosa wrapper, and french thin pie etc .It can also made into other type foodŁ¬it suitable to use in food factory , fast food restaurant ,hotel etc.
The principle and process:
First make the flour batter according to the procedures, the batter is baked by a round baking wheel and becomes a fixed thickness of spring roll or other sheet-like food.
Process:
put the prepared flour batter into barrel,when the baking wheel heat at 160C ,start the batter pump and convey flour batter to nozzle ,then operate the clutch lever so that the batter is adhered to the circular arc surface of the baking wheel. After the flour batter is turned to about 270-300 degreesŁ¬now the flour batter is cooked well,it will separate with baking wheel and form a fixed thickness spring roll wrapper.When the fixed wrapper is cut into small square type .you can pack and sell the wrappers or you can make the spring roll |
